Votre mission :
Notre client recherche un(e) "Ingénieur Support" pour travailler au sein du département Qualité IT, composé de 16 collaborateurs répartis entre la gestion des versions, les tests, la qualité & sécurité et le support.
Vous apportez une assistance efficace sur l'ensemble des opérations IT de l'entreprise. Vous êtes responsable du support et de la supervision des systèmes et applications en production ainsi que de la maintenance globale des infrastructures matérielles et logicielles. Ce poste vous offrira une participation aux différentes activités et projets IT.
Vos principales responsabilités :
Support et assistance aux clients internes et externes (60%)
- Répondre aux demandes et incidents en assurant un suivi rigoureux auprès des clients internes et partenaires externes.
- Assurer la surveillance quotidienne des incidents et des SLA liés aux tickets.
- Comprendre les produits et services de l'entreprise afin de fournir un support adapté.
- Diagnostiquer les problèmes rencontrés par les utilisateurs et rechercher des solutions.
- Informer en permanence les clients de l'évolution des incidents.
- Escalader les incidents nécessitant une expertise approfondie en respectant le processus de gestion des incidents.
- Gérer la création et la mise à jour des procédures de support.
Supervision et maintenance des systèmes et applications (40%)
- Assurer la maintenance de certains équipements IT.
- Tester des scripts et corriger certains incidents avant leur mise en production.
- Veiller à l'application des correctifs et mises à jour sur les serveurs principaux.
- Proposer des améliorations sur les applications et systèmes.
- Réaliser diverses tâches de support assignées par le manager.
- Collecter des informations pour faciliter l'analyse des experts.
- Garantir un service de qualité pour l'ensemble des utilisateurs internes et externes.
Votre profil :
Vous êtes enthousiaste, autonome et débrouillard(e). Une expérience en support IT ainsi qu'un intérêt marqué pour les technologies de l'information sont des atouts.
Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en communication, aimez le travail en équipe et savez gérer vos priorités en toute autonomie.
Vous veillez à mettre régulièrement à jour vos connaissances via des formations ou un apprentissage autodidacte.
Une bonne connaissance des bases de données (SQL), du cadre ITIL (gestion des services) et des compétences en documentation sont des atouts.
Vous maîtrisez l'une des deux langues nationales et avez une bonne capacité rédactionnelle en anglais.
