Nous recherchons un.e Practitioners Network Presidency Policy Advisor afin d'assister le Global Partnerships manager dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de la présidence en matière de politique, de défense des intérêts des agences et d'engagement avec la commission européenne.

Principales missions :

  • Prendre le lead dans l'élaboration, la mise en œuvre et le suivi de la stratégie de la présidence suivant les orientations données par le Global Partnerships manager ;
  • Coordonner les contributions stratégiques des collègues d'Enabel aux travaux des différents groupes de travail du réseau ;
  • Se coordonner avec les autres membres de l'équipe Global Partnerships ;
  • Fournir des conseils stratégiques au Global Partnerships Manager ;
  • Participer aux réunions du comité de pilotage du réseau ;
  • Développer des relations avec les principaux-ales représentant-e-s des membres du réseau ;
  • Proposer et élaborer les concepts des différents évènements de la présidence.

Votre profil :

Niveau de formation requis :

  • Diplôme de Master, une spécialisation en coopération internationale et/ou en affaires européennes sera appréciée.

Expériences requises :

  • 5 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire, avec un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en coopération au développement ;
  • Expériences dans différents secteurs (secteur privé, climat, gouvernance, etc.) ;
  • Expérience d'expatriation dans le domaine de la coopération internationale constitue un atout.

Connaissances et compétences requises :

  • Connaissance du contexte européen en matière de financement du développement ;
  • Compréhension des défis des agences de coopération européennes ;
  • Connaissance des instruments, méthodes, et innovations dans la coopération au développement ;
  • Orienté.e client et goût pour le réseautage ;
  • Proactif.ve et créatif.ve ;
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et rédaction de documents stratégiques ;
  • Bon.ne team player avec expérience de gestion de parties prenantes de haut niveau.

Conditions :

  • Un contrat à durée déterminée de 2 ans, principalement à Bruxelles, avec des missions possibles dans les pays où nous exécutons des projets.
  • Un package salarial comprenant le salaire mensuel brut, chèques repas, assurance hospitalisation, assurance de groupe, un 13e mois, et remboursement à 100% des frais de transports en commun.
