Functieomschrijving Als GIS Architect ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en uitwerken van een robuuste infrastructuur die perfect aansluit bij de lange termijnvisie en doelstellingen van onze klanten. Je analyseert hun behoeften en vertaalt deze naar schaalbare en efficiënte oplossingen. Je leidt het ontwerp en de GIS architectuur van IT-omgevingen voor onze klanten. Je werkt nauw samen met businessen IT-teams om de functionele en technische vereisten in kaart te brengen. Je ontwikkelt een IT architectuur die rekening houdt met systeembelasting, beveiliging, beschikbaarheid en budgettaire randvoorwaarden. Je integreert best practices en tools binnen een flexibele en toekomstbestendige architectuur, zowel on-premises als in de cloud. Je bepaalt de technische aanpak voor de implementatie van de ontworpen oplossingen. Je ondersteunt bij technische analyses, zoals het verzamelen van vereisten en het uitvoeren van productvergelijkingen. Je stelt documentatie op en bewaakt de naleving van de architecturale richtlijnen tijdens de uitvoering van projecten. Masterdiploma in informatica, bedrijfskundeof een gerelateerd vakgebied. Brede IT-ervaring, waaronder netwerken, security, serverbeheer, enterprise-applicaties, webapplicaties en desktopontwikkeling. Ervaring met GIS software en de implementatie van bedrijfsbrede oplossingen. Je bent communicatief sterk en in staat om samen met klanten tot de beste oplossing te komen. Je werkt graag in teamverband en gedijt in een dynamische omgeving waarin je meerdere prioriteiten moet balanceren. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans of Engels en bent bereid om je taalkennis verder uit te breiden. De kans om je talenten in te zetten binnen een boeiende en innovatieve sector.
