Meraki Talent are delighted to be supporting a leading international advisory firm with the appointment of a Transfer Pricing Manager to join their Brussels office. The Role As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will take responsibility for delivering transfer pricing advisory services to a portfolio of multinational clients. You will manage projects end-to-end, provide technical guidance, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You'll also play a key role in developing junior colleagues and driving the growth of the transfer pricing practice in Brussels. Key Responsibilities Leading the delivery of transfer pricing projects, including planning, compliance, documentation, and dispute resolution. Advising multinational clients on complex cross-border transactions, restructurings, and value chain analysis. Managing and mentoring junior team members, providing technical guidance and support. Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on transfer pricing matters. Collaborating with colleagues across service lines to deliver integrated solutions. Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting the growth of the transfer pricing practice in Belgium. Requirements A professional qualification in economics, finance, law, or accountancy. Strong experience in transfer pricing, ideally gained within a Big 4 or top advisory firm. Solid technical knowledge of OECD guidelines, Belgian regulations, and international transfer pricing principles. Proven experience in managing projects and developing client relationships. Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in French or Dutch is also required.
