DESCRIPTION
Vous êtes passionné(e) par la gestion des achats et vous aimez entretenir des relations solides avec les fournisseurs ? Alors, rejoignez-nous en tant que Purchasing Officer et contribuez au succès de Knauf grâce à votre expertise en gestion des articles et des prix d'achat
En tant que Purchasing Officer, vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein de l'équipe en gérant les articles, les prix d'achat et les relations avec les fournisseurs, tout en assurant la synergie avec d'autres départements pour garantir une performance optimale.
Tâches et responsabilités :
- Gérer les articles, les prix d'achat et les fournisseurs dans l'ERP (SAP) et les autres systèmes pour les produits ;
- Gérer les bases de données ;
- Gérer les mesures d'économie pour les achats négoces ;
- Prendre en charge certaines négociations ;
- Réaliser des reportings réguliers et détaillés ;
- Suivre et résoudre les litiges liés à la facturation des fournisseurs ;
- Gérer le SRM (Suppliers Relationship Management), les contrats et les signalétiques fournisseurs sur la plateforme digitale ;
- Assurer le suivi des fournisseurs en matière de certifications, de durabilité et de conformité ;
- Entretenir de bons contacts avec les fournisseurs, tant au sein du groupe Knauf qu'avec des fournisseurs externes.
PROFIL
- Expérience avec SAP et Microsoft 365 qui seront vos principaux outils.
- Maîtrise du français et/ou du néerlandais, la connaissance des deux langues constitue un atout.
- Très bonne connaissance de l'anglais afin de collaborer avec vos collègues à l'international.
- Sens du relationnel : capacité à établir et entretenir des relations positives avec les fournisseurs et les équipes internes
- Curiosité pour mieux comprendre les produits et les processus.
- Sens de l'organisation et bonne gestion des priorités.
- Esprit analytique (pour entre autres la bonne gestion des bases de données).
- Proactivité dans la résolution des problèmes et l'amélioration des processus.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en restant en synergie avec les autres services.
