Résumé du Poste :

Nous recherchons un Teamlead SAP FICO et SD pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et en pleine expansion. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience approfondie dans la gestion d'équipe, l'implémentation, le support et l'optimisation des processus SAP FICO et SD. Il jouera un rôle clé l'amélioration des processus métiers pour nos clients.

Il/elle travaillera sur 4 axes :

  • Gestion de l'équipe
  • Projets d'amélioration de la plateforme actuelle (Business Suite on Hana)
  • Maintenance et support de la solution actuelle (gestion des tickets, incidents)
  • Participation éventuelle au projet S/4 qui démarre

Responsabilités :

  • Analyse des Besoins :
    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec léquipe projet et les équipe internes SAP pour comprendre les besoins, identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et proposer des solutions SAP adaptées.
  • Configuration et Paramétrage :
    • Configurer le module SAP MM en fonction des besoins métiers, y compris la gestion des achats, la gestion des stocks, la planification des besoins en matériaux (MRP), et la gestion des fournisseurs.
    • Assurer la mise à jour de la documentation fonctionnelle et technique.
  • Support et Maintenance :
    • Fournir un support post-implémentation, résoudre les problèmes et assurer le bon fonctionnement du système SAP MM.
    • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations continues pour optimiser les processus existants.
  • Formation et Transfert de Connaissances :
    • Former les utilisateurs finaux et les équipes internes sur les nouveaux processus et fonctionnalités SAP.
    • Documenter et partager les meilleures pratiques et les leçons apprises.

Profil Recherché :

Formation : Diplôme universitaire en informatique, gestion, ingénierie ou domaine connexe.

Expérience : Minimum 7 ans d'expérience en tant que consultant SAP FICO, avec une expérience avérée en implémentation et projets.

Compétences Techniques :

Expertise en SAP FICO, y compris les sous-modules clés. La majorité des points concernent FI (classic GL) avec une implémentation basique de CO.

Bonne connaissance de l'intégration avec d'autres modules SAP (comme SD, MM, PM).

Compétences en analyse des données et utilisation des outils SAP pour le reporting.

Compétences Personnelles :

Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des relations avec les clients.

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à s'impliquer dans plusieurs projets simultanément.

Esprit analytique et capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
