Als Digital Performance Analyst ondersteun je de verschillende merken van Colruyt Group bij hun digitale activiteiten: van Colruyt Laagste Prijzen tot Xtra, van apps tot campagnes. Jij analyseert de data en zet ze om in adviezen voor de online strategie van onze merken. Een job met impact en uitdaging
Jouw takenpakket als Digital Performance Analyst:
Je werkt binnen de afdeling Digital Factory en ondersteunt de verschillende merken van Colruyt Group bij hun digitale activiteiten.
- Je voornaamste rol is het uitwerken van analyses en aanbevelingen die je communiceert naar collega's van o.a. marketing, business intelligence en verkoop. Zo zorg je mee voor het verbeteren van onze digitale touchpoints en ondersteun je de online groei van onze merken.
- Samen met je partners binnen de verschillende merken ga je op zoek naar relevante meetpunten en KPI's die bijdragen tot het behalen van communicatiedoelstellingen.
- Eenmaal die bepaald zijn, zit je samen met technische experten die ervoor zorgen dat de gevraagde meetpunten geïmplementeerd worden en dat de data richting analytics tools kan stromen. Hierna verzamel en interpreteer je data van verschillende digitale touchpoints (sites, apps, e-mails, campagnes ...).
- Je hebt veel contact met interne collega's en partners en geeft hen advies. Dit is heel gevarieerd: zo kan je bijvoorbeeld op dezelfde dag een tagging guide bespreken met developers én een campagneanalyse met marketeers.
- Je ondersteunt je partners optimaal en bepaalt mee de richting van onze digitale touchpoints. Hiervoor verdiep je je in verschillende specialisaties die te maken hebben met de gebruikservaring op onze digitale kanalen: van digital KPI-frameworks en campagneanalyses tot A/B-testing.
Je werkt in Halle en kan tot drie dagen thuiswerken of in een van onze regionale kantoren (Haasrode, Zwijnaarde, ...).
Profile
- Kennis en ervaring - Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring in digital analytics en met analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics...) en tag management (bvb. Tealium). Kennis van andere tools zoals Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Tag Manager, Matomo, Celebrus, ... is een pluspunt.
- Communicatief vermogen - Je hebt een aangename, duidelijke communicatiestijl. Je brengt complexe informatie over op het niveau van je gesprekspartner en bouwt makkelijk een netwerk uit.
- Probleemoplossend vermogen - Je denkt in oplossingen. Doet er zich een probleem voor? Dan ben jij de eerste die met een gepaste oplossing komt.
- Analytisch vermogen - Je bent organisatorisch aangelegd en weet de juiste prioriteiten te leggen. Je kan verschillende informatie en taken verwerken op korte tijd, en stelt je steeds dienstbaar op.
- Zin voor initiatief - Je onderneemt spontaan gerichte actie(s) en wacht niet af tot iemand anders je een opdracht geeft.
- Talenkennis - Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
