Our team of650+ people(still growing) operates acrossFrance , Spain , Belgium , and Canada .The Field Marketer job We are looking for an experienced Field Marketer to join our team in Belgium. The core purpose of this role is to open doors to Sales by strengthening Alan's reputation and awareness amongst the HR community and generating business opportunities through targeted field initiatives. As the sole Field Marketer on the ground representing Alan in Belgium, you will be shaping our strategy and representing Alan on a daily basis in key business networks. Here is how your key outcomes will look like: Execute high-impact field events: Organize and run strategic events targeting HR professionals, ensuring measurable business outcomes. Build and maintain HR network relationships : Establish and nurture key partnerships with HR influencers, business federations leaders and decision-makers. Increase Alan's brand presence in the Belgian HR ecosystem: Drive engagement and visibility through field marketing, content, and partnerships. Generate business opportunities for sales: Work closely with the sales team to convert brand awareness into leads and pipeline growth. Develop localized marketing content: Create compelling event materials, messaging, and communications tailored to the Belgian HR audience. Establish Alan as a thought leader: Position Alan within the HR community through strategic collaborations, speaking engagements, and industry recognition. Your Mission Your mission as a Senior Product Marketer is to work closely with product and business teams to ensure the successful go to market of business segments. You'll be part of the Belgium team, closely working with Alan global marketing & product teams. Your mission is 3-fold: You put a strong focus on our value proposition and how we pitch in sales conversations : you look for what does not work and craft solutions together with business teams (sales, account management, sales enablement). You have a deep understanding of our business segment and persona's through market & competitive intelligence and transfer this knowledge to product and business teams. You are obsessed about our product: you organize and funnel back product feedback from the field to influence the product roadmap and iterate on the pitch. Examples of tasks you will own to achieve your mission: Write the value proposition and pitch for a new segment (ex: blue collars) in close collaboration with sales teams. Test your value proposition and pitch by joining sales meetings and full deal cycles, from very small companies to the largest Belgian corporations. Create the supporting marketing materials. Craft and execute on creative ideas to unblock sales cycles (e.g. Organize a wellbeing workshop with decision makers). Scale what you learn from specific cycles to other commercial teams through trainings. Gather product feedback from commercial teams and analyse what to prioritize in the product roadmap to unlock the most deals. You will be the go-to person when it comes to marketing for the Belgian market, building bridges between marketing, sales and product. You will have a 360 view of the business and have the opportunity to shape how we go to market, challenge existing play books and build new ones. Is it you we are looking for ? Experience & background Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Manager or Brand. Preferably in B2B SaaS. Fluency in English Experience in defining, positioning and launching products or services. Experience in working in or with commercial organisations or go to market teams. Skills You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong business sense. Fluency in French or Dutch and cultural context (Belgium) is an asset. Strong generalist, with can-do mindset & hands on attitude to problem-solving. Natural talent in storytelling and copywriting. High level of empathy. You are obsessed about 'customer experience'. Appetite for both strategic thinking and hands-on work (ex: you are ok with content creation). Analytical mind: ability to frame solutions to ill define or ambiguous problems. Ability to simplify complex content. You are able to rally stakeholders from diverse teams and seniority levels around a common goal.
