We need you The project: Our client in the utilities sector, is seeking an experienced Sparx Systems Enterprise Repository Administrator to strengthen their team. Key responsibilities: Repository Management & Governance Maintain and continuously enhance the central Sparx EA repository, ensuring that applications, interfaces, models, and documentation are accurate, complete, structured, and up to date. Monitor and manage changes across the application landscape, reflecting new implementations, updates, and decommissions. Ensure accurate mapping between business processes and supporting applications. Lead the deployment and lifecycle management of MDG developments, including testing, validation, release tracking, and documentation. Implement and test updates required to integrate APM applications into Sparx EA, in coordination with development teams. Test new versions of Sparx EA and Prolaborate prior to deployment to guarantee stability and compatibility. Application Portfolio Management & Data Quality Consolidate, validate, and enrich application metadata (attributes, ownership, lifecycle, dependencies) in close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Architects, and IT domain leads. Ensure data consistency, completeness, and usability across the repository. Identify application overlaps, usage patterns, and opportunities for rationalization or consolidation, providing insights to support decision-making. Stakeholder Support & Collaboration Act as a central contact point for Business and IT stakeholders regarding repository access, usage, updates, and governance. Process and respond to functional and technical inquiries related to architecture and portfolio information. Manage and control user access and permissions, ensuring secure and appropriate access to repository content. Support users by providing guidance on modeling standards, best practices, and correct repository usage, including assistance with VBA scripting when required. Facilitate cross-team collaboration by integrating stakeholder feedback and resolving inconsistencies or conflicts in architectural documentation. Reporting, Dashboards & Industrialization Design, configure, and deploy dashboards in Prolaborate to improve visibility, collaboration, and decision support. Support advanced querying and reporting in both Sparx EA and Prolaborate. Drive the industrialization of reports and dashboards, ensuring scalable, professional, and reusable solutions. Prepare regular reports on the health, structure, and completeness of the application portfolio for Business and IT leadership. Vendor & Tooling Coordination Manage relationships with Sparx Systems, including licensing for Sparx EA and Pro Cloud Server. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on tooling evolution and repository enhancements. Ways of Working As part of a project team, reporting to a Project Leader and following the defined project methodology. Within the IT Architecture team, supporting the setup and maturation of Application Portfolio Management using Sparx EA. Within product teams, acting as a team member, supporting Product Owners, and working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Is this you? Strong and proven expertise in Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect and Prolaborate (mandatory). Solid experience in Business Architecture and Application Portfolio Management. Strong knowledge of ArchiMate, BPMN, and UML. Experience with data structuring, documentation, reporting, and dashboarding. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a constructive, critical approach. Excellent communication skills, able to interact with a wide range of stakeholders. Ability to work independently, with strong planning and organizational skills. High attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency. Service-oriented, stakeholder-focused, and collaborative. Team-minded, customer-oriented, and flexible. Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
