Als adjunct binnen Process Sp omvat jouw functie volgende taken:
- Ondersteuning van het personeel in verschillende applicaties waaronder Microsoft Sharepoint, ARES, HERMES, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, …
- Je ontwikkelt mee aanpassingen voor de applicaties en volgt deze mee op, in nauwe samenwerking met andere betrokken partijen om zo goed mogelijk aan de verschillende behoeften van het personeel te voldoen.
- Je zorgt mee voor een goede werking van de applicaties. Je reageert op incidenten en stelt verbeteringen voor op basis van je ervaring en geïdentificeerde problemen.
- Je beheerst de werking van de systemen en deelt je kennis binnen het team.
- Je rapporteert regelmatig aan jouw hiërarchisch niveau de vooruitgang van jouw werk, de potentiële problemen en de te implementeren oplossingen.
- Je neemt deel aan vergaderingen met de ondersteunende firma's.
Profielomschrijving
- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor of masterdiploma in de richtingen informatica/ ICT, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met OBI (Oracle Business Intelligence) of soortgelijke tools.
- Initiatief en pro-activiteit.
- Je behaalt de overeengekomen doelstellingen zonder dagelijks toezicht.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans, zodat je aan meetings kan deelnemen en met Franstalige collega's kan overleggen.
- Je schrijft en begrijpt vlot Engels.
- Het is een pluspunt indien je reeds een veiligheidsmachtiging (NATO, EU, BEL) bezit.
