Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects, with a particular focus on hyper-scale data centres. The role requires strong technical knowledge of electrical infrastructure, including LV/ELV systems, as well as proven experience delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Manage the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring milestones are achieved within programme, cost, and quality parameters. Oversee day-to-day site activities, maintaining smooth information flow and tracking progress, quality, and health & safety performance. Lead the development and execution of project handover plans, ensuring all documentation is complete and client expectations are met. Provide visible leadership onsite, driving safe working practices and assessing construction progress. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors on snagging activities, coordinating schedules and partner engagement. Identify risks and issues early, working proactively with stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions. Monitor and enforce key project processes, recommending and applying improvements where appropriate. Ensure compliance with agreed project procedures and standards throughout delivery. Lead and participate in project meetings, ensuring clear communication, collaborative problem-solving, and accurate reporting of impacts. Review and evaluate proposed variations, delays, and their potential impact on the programme and budget. About You: Proven project management experience on hyper-scale data centre developments. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including LV/ELV infrastructure, with the ability to manage and coordinate these works effectively. Degree in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Project Management Professional certification (or working towards one, with support available). Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality assurance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to foster strong, open, and positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
