The family company Stadsbader was founded in 1946 in Harelbeke. In the meanwhile, the company is directed by third generation Dominique Valcke. The acquisitions of Deckx AO and Deckx EM in Dessel (2009), Van Maercke Prefab in Kluisbergen (2014) and BAM Contractors (2022) were a strong expansion of the specialisation segments and a reinforcement of the market position. Today the group is daily active in about 250 construction sites in Belgian and the neighbouring countries. Ben jij een gedreven HR-professional met een passie voor mensen? Wil jij het verschil maken binnen een uitdagende onderneming? Dan zoeken wij jou Wat ga je doen? Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen de directie, leidinggevenden en medewerkers. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle HR-gerelateerde vragen binnen onze afdeling BOUW en ONDERSTEUNENDE DIENSTEN en fungeert als een betrouwbare sparringpartner. Jouw takenpakket is veelzijdig en uitdagend: Je adviseert en ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij alle aspecten van HR, van loonvragen en opleidingen tot individuele ontslagdossiers. Je draagt bij aan een optimaal performance management, zowel informeel als formeel, en maximaliseert de retentie van medewerkers. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze on- en offboarding van medewerkers. Je bent betrokken bij het rekruteringsproces, van het identificeren van noden tot het geven van feedback op kandidaten. Door jouw diepe kennis over de betreffende afdeling stel je de correcte functiebeschrijving op. Je identificeert opleidingsnoden en werkt samen met het L&TD-team aan passende acties. Je draagt bij aan de implementatie van het HR-beleid en waakt over de professionele integriteit. Je verzorgt mee de HR-administratie, beheert data en rapporteert relevante KPI's. Je werkt mee aan diverse HR-projecten en vertaalt het overkoepelende HR-beleid naar de praktijk. Je rapporteert aan de HR directeur. Je bent minimaal in het bezit van een Professionele bachelor in een relevante HR-richting. Een belangrijk pluspunt is relevante ervaring. Je bent communicatief en weet hoe je met diverse partijen binnen een organisatie kan samenwerken. Je werkt accuraat, nauwgezet, dienstverlenend en denkt actief mee over initiatieven. Je hebt een zeer toegankelijke persoonlijkheid en weet de waarden van onze organisatie uit te dragen. Je bent proactief, anticipeert op de noden van de organisatie en bewaakt over een snelle responstijd. Je hebt kennis van het sociaaljuridisch kader en bent op de hoogte van PC 124 & 200.
