We help clients align policy, governance, data, security, and privacy to unlock the full potential of intelligent systems.We're looking for a Manager who's ready to take ownership of this challenge—shaping go-to-market strategies, engaging clients with compelling insights, and leading the successful delivery of AI trust and risk-related projects.Your tasksYou shape the commercial offering around Trusted AI within KPMG Belgium, in interaction with experts, the international KPMG network, and clientsYou shape the go-to-market strategy around this, and execute it, including leading sales activitiesYou manage team members on projects, and mentor them in their broader developmentYou support in the broader offering, go-to-market, and project execution of the Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning competence of KPMG BelgiumYou develop long lasting client relationshipsYou take up managerial tasks with KPMG Belgium's Lighthouse, also in collaboration with the other Lighthouse competencesSkills & QualificationsYou have a strong and proven affinity with AI or data analytics, with experience in practical projects;You have finished a Master study with 3 to 6 years of experience;You have experience in the go-to-market within consultancy; Digging into the topic of Trusted AI is a challenge that fascinates you;You combine a an-do mentality with strong commercial reflexes, and enjoy convincing clients of the added value of KPMG's services;You want to grow personally and professionally;You insist on delivering high quality work, and combine confidence with a professionally critical attitude.You confidently navigate AI topics and are able to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, make ethically sound decisions and adapt to evolving technologies.Fluent in Dutch and English is a must (French is a plus)We offerAs a certified Top Employer we offer:An attractive remuneration package with a great number of extra-legal benefits (premium electric company car + charging card, net daily and monthly allowances, bonus, Apple/Android personal device and many other benefits tailored through our cafeteria plan).Flexible work arrangements to ensure a healthy work-life balance (picking up kids from school, doctor's appointment, working from home,...) and the possibility to work from anywhere 20 days per year.
