In this role, you'll anticipate challenges, optimize resources, and keep production flowing efficiently. Develop and maintain rolling production and scheduling plans across production lines and projects. Monitor resource availability and operational requirements, adjusting plans as needed. Manage and track orders, inventory, and logistics to ensure optimal efficiency. Communicate and coordinate plans with operations and project teams to minimize disruptions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying root causes of operational challenges. What we expect from you Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field. 2+ years experience in production, supply, or project planning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of integrated supply chain or project planning processes. Fluent in English and Dutch; experience with planning systems (SAP, OMP, Business Objects) is an advantage. Collaborative, proactive, and process-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
