The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for the mechanical design of a project.
- Works according to the applicable quality procedures.
- Designs according to the most efficient principles in terms of cost, quality, and scheduling.
- Maintains contact with suppliers and subcontractors of mechanical parts.
- Creates necessary drawings and part lists and forwards them to production planning.
- Provides necessary information for the preparation of documentation and manuals.
- Serves as an internal contact point for questions about the mechanical design of the projects.
- You have a M.Sc. in industrial engineering specialized in mechanics, electromechanics or similar.
- You have good experience with PTC Creo 2.0 or Windchill.
- You take initiative and are results-driven.
- You are strong in problem-solving and have good communication skills.
- You speak English fluently.
