We collaborate closely with European Union public institutions and agencies, helping skilled professionals navigate and grow in their international careers. We are currently seeking a Junior Business Analyst able to support business and functional requirements analysis through UML and BPMN, use-case modelling and contribute to Agile/PM² project activities for a prestigious European Institution in Brussels. 🔍🇪🇺🖥️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the analysis and modelling of business processes and workflows using UML, BPMN and use cases; Assist in gathering, documenting and validating business and functional requirements with stakeholders; Contribute to Agile / PM² project activities, including backlog refinement, user stories and test preparation; Participate in the preparation of functional documentation, test plans and test cases in collaboration with technical teams. 📝 REQUIREMENTS: Excellent knowledge of UML, BPMN, use cases and business process modelling methodologies; Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or PM² / PM² Agile; Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and information systems concepts; Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; University degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, IT or related fields; Fluency in English (C1) and French (B2); Ability to work in multicultural and international settings. This is a hybrid role , requiring on-site presence in Brussels 3-4 days per week. 📍 Ready to Apply?
