Head Accountant

You’ll take part in diverse missions for both Belgian and international clients, working closely with a team passionate about innovation, quality, and solving complex problems.If you're looking for a flexible, dynamic, and meaningful work environment where technology serves people and performance, this opportunity is made for you.Your responsibilities:Improve and implement financial systems (ERP, payroll, CRM, etc.)Update/create internal policiesEnsure the enforcement of company policiesManage the Accounting & Tax teamEnsure accurate and compliant bookkeepingProduce consolidated monthly IFRS accounts within 5 daysHandle inventory entries, deferred revenue, intercompany recharges, and FX consolidationProvide regular or ad hoc financial analysesLead annual audits (migration to IFRS planned)Produce statutory financial statements and tax returnsEnsure tax complianceCollaborate closely with internal teamsSupport governance, internal controls, and operational issue resolutionYour profile:Bachelor's degree in AccountingMinimum 5 years of full accounting experience, including team managementKnowledge of Odoo and Netsuite is a plusExperience with BE GAAP and IFRS; knowledge of Polish GAAP is an assetNative French speaker with a good command of EnglishIT-savvy, especially in SaaS/pharma environmentsOur offer:Salary: up to €6,500 gross/month, with a flexible budget and potential to exceed based on experienceBonus: 10% annual bonusMobility package: electric company car or mobility budgetExtra-legal benefits:Full health insurance via AlanGroup insurance (6% employer contribution)Net monthly allowance of €145–€165Holidays: 32 days per year (20 statutory + 12 extra days based on a 40-hour workweek)Work organization:Hybrid telework: up to 4 days/week remoteInternational mobility: possibility to work up to 1 month/year from abroad
