Onze klant levert digitale oplossingen en diensten aan lokale overheden, waaronder software voor administratief beheer, GIS-toepassingen en adviesdiensten. Ze helpen overheidsinstanties bij het efficiënt beheren van hun administratieve processen en het verbeteren van de dienstverlening aan burgers.
Voor onze klant in Gent zijn we op zoek naar een software trainer.
Zie biedensoftware en bijhorende support voor onder andere de sociale diensten en zorgsector.

Werk jij momenteel in de zorgsector of openbare sector en ben je klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging? Zet jouw kennis van de huidige softwareprogramma's in om anderen hierin te trainen

Jouw taken

  • Je verzorgt commerciële contacten met klanten en prospecten en analyseert waar ze naar op zoek zijn.
  • Je geeft duidelijke presentaties over de softwareoplossingen die wij kunnen bieden.
  • Je maakt nauwkeurig offertes op, je zorgt dat de klanten duidelijk begrijpen wat ze mogen verwachten en je zorgt nadien voor de commerciële opvolging.
  • Je begeleidt mee de implementatie van onze software bij klanten en geeft o.a. opleiding aan klanten over het gebruik van onze software.
  • Je geeft verdere ondersteuning aan onze klanten wanneer zij via onze helpdesk vragen hebben over het gebruik van onze software.
  • Daarnaast help je mee bij het aanpassen en verbeteren van onze software volgens nieuwe wettelijke vereisten en gewijzigde gebruiksnoden.
  • Afhankelijk van je ervaring word je ingezet bij de realisatie van diverse projecten.

Jouw profiel

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor of master diploma.
  • Je hebt een bepaalde technische affiniteit en klantgerichtheid om deze taken op te nemen.
  • Je bent klantgericht zonder de commerciële doelstellingen uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je bent assertief en communicatief, een teamspeler.
  • Je hebt ook aandacht voor een correcte afhandeling van administratieve taken.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met de Office-producten Word, Excel en PowerPoint.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal heel goed. Kennis van het Frans en het Engels zijn een plus.
