Als (Lead) Project Manager bij Vynova Tessenderlo streef je naar een continue verbetering van de productie-installatie. Je wordt hét aanspreekpunt voor alle multidisciplinaire projectmanagementactiviteiten. Jij leidt zowel kleine en complexe onderhoudsprojecten als grote investeringsprojecten – altijd met een scherp oog voor budget, veiligheid en planning.
Verantwoordelijkheden:- Je geeft de nieuwe discipline van projectmanagement binnen de afdeling engineering vorm, samen met de engineering manager.
- Je coördineert multidisciplinaire projecten van A tot Z: van budgettering en vergunningen tot de dagelijkse coördinatie van (onder)aannemers en interne teams.
- Je stuurt een team van ongeveer vijf externe projectmanagers aan en zorgt voor een vlotte verdeling van de workload.
- Je neemt een trekkersrol in het bouwen aan structuur en kennisdeling binnen de projectaanpak en bent het gezicht van projectmanagement binnen Vynova België.
- Samenwerken doe je zowel met interne afdelingen zoals productie, aankoop en finance, als met externe partijen zoals studiebureaus en architecten.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw projecten voldoen aan alle relevante veiligheids- en milieunormen (SHE, ISO, PED) en implementeert technische innovaties waar nodig.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Engineering Manager en bent het aanspreekpunt binnen de projectmanagementdiscipline.
- Je hebt een master in burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur, of je beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens 8 jaar relevante ervaring, liefst in een industriële omgeving.
- Je hebt ervaring in multidisciplinaire projecten en bent sterk in kostprijsberekeningen, nacalculaties en budgetmonitoring.
- Je bent een natuurlijke leider die mensen kan motiveren en coachen, en je hebt een sterke focus op ontwikkeling en optimalisatie.
- Jouw ervaring in risicobeheer en een gestructureerde aanpak hierin is een pluspunt.
- Veiligheidsbewustzijn staat bij jou voorop, en je volgt strikt de ISO-voorschriften.
- Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Ervaring met Lean Six Sigma is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
