Leid jij onze bouwprojecten straks naar nieuwe hoogten?Wie zijn we?Kairos, BAM Interbuild en BAM fm vormen samen de Belgische tak onder het Nederlandse moederbedrijf Royal BAM Group. Samen, als één groot team focussen we ons op ontwikkelen, bouwen en onderhouden van toonaangevende gebouwenprojecten.BAM Interbuild is binnen België de gebouwenspecialist bij uitstek voor hoofdzakelijk het Vlaamse en het Brusselse gewest. Projecten zoals het MAS en het Havenhuis in Antwerpen, en de Finance Tower, het NAVO hoofdkwartier, en het Résidence Palace in Brussel zullen zeker een belletje doen rinkelen.Ter versterking van ons team kijken we binnen BAM Interbuild uit naar een Project Engineer (Assistent-Projectleider) om met veel enthousiasme mee te werken aan onze projecten.Wat ga je doen?Als Project Engineer ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en realisatie van onze projecten. Je werkt samen met en ondersteunt de Project Manager.Opstellen en opvolgen van de planning en vooruitgang bewaken van het project.Financieel opvolgen van het werfbudget en maandelijkse rapportering hierover volgens het bedrijfseigen systeem.Opvragen van offertes, prijsvergelijkingen, bestellingen, ….Waarborgen van de kwaliteit en veiligheid: nagaan of alles juist is uitgevoerd, keuringsinstructies en veiligheidsregels laten naleven, instructies geven bij afwijkingen.Wie zoeken wij?Ben je in het bezit van een diploma burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur, bachelor bouwkunde of iets gelijkaardigs? TopJe hebt reeds een eerste ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige rol.Je denkt proactief en out-of-the-box na. Problemen probeer je te voorkomen, en als ze optreden vind je het een uitdaging om ze efficiënt, creatief en met oog voor het budget op te lossen.Hoe complex taken ook zijn, jij krijgt ze steeds efficiënt georganiseerd met het resultaat in het vizier.Geen enkel detail is je ontgaan, je houdt van resultaats- en doelgericht werken.Je bent Nederlandstalig, met een vlotte kennis van het Frans.Wat bieden wij?Vraag jij je af wat je buiten een nieuwe uitdaging nog krijgt?Als je voor ons komt werken, kom je terecht in een mensgerichte organisatie waar collegialiteit en openheid centraal staan.
