Beschrijving van de functie Bij ons werk je in een dynamische en toekomstgerichte omgeving waarbij je als Team Lead Datawarehouse aangestuurd wordt op het geven van innovatieve datagedreven oplossingen die maatschappelijk relevant zijn. Je hebt hierbij de verantwoordelijkheid om uw team te leiden en hen te ondersteunen bij de implementatie van deze projecten. Voorbeelden van taken: Uw dagdagelijks taken zullen bestaan uit het ontwikkelen en implementeren van dataoplossingen met de juiste tools en technologieën; Samenwerken met verschillende teams binnen de organisatie, zoals IT en Business, om ervoor te zorgen dat al onze operaties optimaal zijn gestroomlijnd; Beoordelen en evalueren van prestaties en analyseren van data om vast te stellen wat er verbeterd kan worden; Coachen en motiveren van medewerkers om hun skills te ontwikkelen; Ontwikkelen en implementeren van algemene richtlijnen voor data management.
