Product Owner / Initiative Owner – Secure Customer InteractionsResponsibilitiesTake end-to-end ownership of the initiative in line with Agile practices at BNPP FortisDefine and formalize initiative scope, product vision, strategy, and success KPIsAlign customer needs, stakeholder expectations, BNP Group requirements, and market trendsIdentify, document, prioritize, and manage Opuses and initiative backlogPropose and manage a validated delivery roadmapCollaborate closely with CPO, squads, architects, security, regulatory, risk, and IT teamsSupport and guide Product Owners / Opus Owners during ideation and refinementEnsure alignment with BNP Group Opti-Channel strategy and governanceMonitor delivery progress, risks, dependencies, quality, and KPIsPrepare and manage initiative budgets (SAP) and track expendituresReport status, risks, and value delivery to middle and senior management, including C-levelSkillsRequiredStrong Agile mindset and experience in Agile delivery environmentsProgram and project management expertise (strategy, budget, timelines, dependencies)Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skillsStrong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving abilitiesTechnical and functional understanding for interaction with architects and development teamsCustomer-centric approach with strong business acumenFluency in Dutch and French; strong command of EnglishExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsPreferredBanking sector experienceExperience with secure or augmented messaging solutions, AI, or digital platformsFamiliarity with change management frameworks (Agile, PRINCE2, ITIL, ADKAR)
