Jobomschrijving
- Own and manage SAP ERP and business applications across the organization.
- Drive system enhancements, change requests, user access, licenses, and reporting.
- Partner with business users to improve processes across Production, Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Lead ERP and application-related projects from planning through implementation.
- Manage Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and dashboards to support business operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop the IT applications team.
- Manage IT application budgets, vendors, consultants, and project resources.
- Support digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure application security, IT governance, PDPA compliance, and audit readiness.
- Provide application support and resolve ERP and non-ERP system issues.
