Onze IT -afdeling voert grote SAP-projecten bij Infrabel in tal van domeinen, en ondersteunt o.a. HR‑businessprocessen om functionele en technische ondersteuning te bieden aan SAP‑gebruikers. Graag willen wij vandaag onze team versterken met een SAP HR Expert. Jouw job Beheer van ontvangen tickets voor bugs en evolutief onderhoud (support) Follow‑up van de activiteiten tijdens de tijdsafsluiting (één keer per maand) Follow‑up van opdrachten en interfaces HR business requests (change requests) analyseren en deze requests begrijpen en in vraag stellen en technische oplossingen voorstellen (backend en Fiori) die door het management worden gevalideerd Technische HR‑expertise leveren (backend en Fiori) om de business te helpen bij het besluitvormingsproces Technische specificaties schrijven voor de te implementeren oplossingen en deze configureren in de ontwikkelomgeving De kwaliteit van services en implementaties waarborgen op basis van servicemanagementprocessen en -tools Samenwerken met de verschillende belanghebbenden en serviceproviders om ervoor te zorgen dat de SAP autorisatienormen worden nageleefd en afgestemd op de strategische beslissingen van het bedrijf Uw kennis overdragen aan interne teamleden De planning, technische normen en procedures van het team 'Ontwikkeling' van Infrabel volgen (respecteren) #J-18808-Ljbffr
