(met optie 1 jaar extra)Opstart: 1 februari 2026. Als business analist binnen een nieuwe business unit ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen, het identificeren van behoeften en het vinden van oplossingen om de prestaties en efficiëntie van een organisatie te verbeteren.Je bent cruciaal bij het begrijpen van de bedrijfsstrategie, het vertalen van inhoudelijke vereisten naar technische specificaties en het waarborgen van een succesvolle implementatie van projecten.Last but not least, je voelt je als een vis in het water in een dynamische en flexibele omgeving, waarin digitalisering en automatisering centraal staan.Technische en generieke competentiesAnalyseren van bedrijfsprocessen: je identificeert en analyseert de bestaande bedrijfsprocessen om inzicht te krijgen in de sterke punten, zwakke punten, kansen en bedreigingen. Je werkt hiervoor samen met de belanghebbenden.Identificatie behoeften: je verzamelt de zakelijke behoeftes van de belanghebbenden en de organisatie en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke en meetbare vereisten.Oplossingsontwerp: op basis van de vereisten ontwerp je oplossingen en stelt alternatieve benaderingen voor om de bedrijfsprestaties te verbeteren. De technische teams helpen je hierbij om de haalbaarheid van de oplossingen te beoordelen.Projectmanagement ondersteuning: je ondersteunt het projectteam bij het opstellen van het projectplan en het beheren van risico’s en zij helpen jou bij het identificeren van knelpunten en aanbrengen van eventuele wijzigingen in het projectplan.Communicatie en samenwerking: je bent de brug tussen business en IT. Je communiceert met belanghebbenden van verschillende niveaus en zorgt dat allen dezelfde visie delen.De kandidaat moet bereid zijn om minstens 2 dagen per werkweek te werken in de burelen van onze klant in centrum Brussel.
