Votre défi

  • Analyser les besoins du Métier dans l'utilisation du logiciel SAP qui leur est dédié, avec un focus dans un premier temps sur les projets en gestion de la production et en gestion de la supply chain.

  • Organiser des ateliers de travail avec les différents utilisateurs pour clarifier les besoins en vue d'établir et de réaliser concrètement le projet.

  • Grâce à votre expertise technique, challenger les différents intervenants entre les besoins et les standards SAP et évaluer l'ampleur/la faisabilité du projet, aussi en termes de coûts/bénéfices.

  • Mettre en place les solutions répondant aux besoins Métier en tenant compte du paysage informatique existant et en collaborant avec les autres intervenants IT.

  • Former les key-users et rédiger la documentation adéquate pour qu'ils puissent cascader le(s) nouveau(x) processus à leurs équipes.

  • Accompagner les key-users dans leurs sessions de tests avant mise en service.

  • Apporter des améliorations mineures ne nécessitant pas le montage d'un projet à part entière.

  • Être la personne référente pour le help-desk sur les modules SAP dont vous avez la responsabilité.

Vos talents

  • Diplôme d'enseignement supérieur (bachelier/master) à orientation informatique et/ou une expérience équivalente probante dans la gestion de projets IT.

  • Expérience de 5 ans dans l'un des modules SAP: PP et/ou PM et/ou SD.

  • Capacité à identifier les besoins, orienté solutions et pragmatique.

  • Bonne communication et travail en collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.

  • Intérêt à comprendre les impératifs métiers.

  • Notions techniques d'anglais

  • Flexibilité pour des déplacements à l'étranger (France – 1 à 2 jours par mois)
