Voor ons team in België zijn wij op zoek naar een Teamleider & Projectleider Engineering. In deze veelzijdige rol combineer je de verantwoordelijkheden van teamleiding met die van projectmanagement.
Wat houdt de rol in?
Als Teamleider & Projectleider Engineering ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel het aansturen van een team als het leiden van uitdagende projecten.
- Teamleider: Je fungeert als leidinggevende, coach en mentor voor een team van 8-12 medewerkers. Je investeert hiervoor 1 à 2 dagen per week waarbij je de taken en uren in overleg met je team verdeelt. Je begeleidt je teamleden, stimuleert de groepsdynamiek, voert beoordelingsgesprekken en houdt toezicht op de productiviteit en planning. Je draagt bij aan het formuleren van strategische doelen om de visie van Uticon te realiseren binnen de afdelingen proces- en mechanical engineering.
- Projectleider: Je leidt zowel monodisciplinaire als multidisciplinaire projecten van concept tot uitvoering. Je bent betrokken bij het ontwikkelen van ideeën, het voorstellen van alternatieven en het opstellen van investeringsbudgetten. Je begeleidt het praktische ontwerp, het aanbestedingstraject en de uitvoering. Je adviseert klanten op basis van jouw expertise, denkt conceptueel mee en bent praktisch en daadkrachtig tijdens het ontwerptraject. Je stelt planningen en kostenramingen op, bewaakt deze tijdens de uitvoering, en inspireert je team om projecten succesvol af te ronden. Je ondersteunt sporadisch ook onze salesafdeling bij de opmaak van offertes en urenramingen.
Wat breng je mee?
- Master diploma in een relevant vakgebied (industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur, elektromechanica, werktuigbouwkunde, procestechniek, levensmiddelentechnologie of vergelijkbaar)
- Ruime ervaring als projectleider in de voedingsindustrie of een soortgelijke sector
- Bewezen leiderschapskwaliteiten, empathisch, motiverend, ondersteunend en teamgerichtheid
- Uitstekende communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden
- Sterk analytisch vermogen en conceptueel inzicht
- Gedrevenheid door ondernemerschap en resultaatgerichtheid
- Diepgaande kennis van duurzaamheid, efficiëntie, energietransitie en innovatie
