Voor onze verhuurafdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een Technical Account Manager voor de regio Brussel. Jouw belangrijkste taken: Ontwikkelen van je klantenportefeuille: marktanalyse uitvoeren, nieuwe klanten prospecteren en bestaande klanten verder uitbouwen. Commerciële kansen identificeren en omzetten in concrete resultaten. Technisch advies geven aan klanten, offertes opstellen en een professioneel opvolgingstraject verzekeren. Duurzame relaties opbouwen met aannemers, industriële klanten en partners. Nauw samenwerken met de Commercieel Directeur en de operationele teams van de lokale agentschappen. Jouw regio Je werkt in de regio Brussel en Zuid-Brussel, een economisch dynamische zone met een mix van lokale KMO's en grote industriële groepen. Je speelt een sleutelrol in de groei van deze strategische markt en fungeert als verbindingspersoon tussen klanten, lokale agentschappen, managers en technici. Profiel Minimaal 4 à 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige commerciële functie. Sterke commerciële vaardigheden en goed organisatievermogen. Autonoom, pragmatisch en met een echte teamgeest. In staat om prioriteiten te beheren en flexibel te werken. Goede kennis van CRM/ERP-systemen en Office 365. Vlotte beheersing van Nederlands en Frans.
