NetSuite Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting NetSuite ERP solutions tailored to meet the business needs of our clients. This position requires a strong understanding of NetSuite capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

NetSuite Implementation and Configuration:

1. Lead and manage end-to-end NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
2. Customize NetSuite workflows, scripts, dashboards, and reports to meet specific client requirements.

Client Engagement and Support:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and pain points.
2. Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring effective adoption of the NetSuite platform.

System Optimization and Enhancements:

1. Identify opportunities to enhance NetSuite functionality to improve operational efficiency.
2. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.

Integration and Data Management:

1. Integrate NetSuite with other business systems and third-party applications.
2. Oversee data migration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Documentation and Compliance:

1. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional requirements, technical specifications, and user guides.
2. Ensure all solutions adhere to compliance standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or related field.
2. Experience:
   1. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working as a NetSuite Consultant, Administrator, or in a similar ERP-focused role.
   2. Proven experience in NetSuite implementations, customizations, and integrations.
3. Technical Skills:
   1. Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
   2. Knowledge of database management and integration tools (e.g., RESTlets, SOAP, Celigo, Dell Boomi).
   3. Strong understanding of financial modules, supply chain, CRM, and other NetSuite modules.
4. Soft Skills:
   1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
   2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
   3. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. NetSuite Certification(s) such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant.
2. Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or services is a plus.
3. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
