Thanks to its familial heritage and strong legacy, this company offers a stable yet dynamic work environment, where every team member contributes directly to the success of ambitious building projects.As Cost Controller, you will play a key role in the financial heart of each project.Cost Controller - Your TasksDevelop, implement, and monitor financial reporting procedures across ongoing construction projects.Support and train project managers and directors in cost management processes.Track and analyze project expenses to ensure budget alignment and identify deviations.Prepare monthly financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.Ensure accurate budget follow-up and contribute to monthly closings.Propose continuous improvements to optimize reporting and cost control workflows.Cost Controller - Your ProfileMaster in FinanceAt least 3 years’ experience in a similar role (ideally in the construction sector)Fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
