Content Coordinator

We're looking for a Freelance Creative Coordination Lead to support one of our clients. Contract: Freelance Regime: 3/5 Days per Week Duration: 4-Month Mission Start: Feb 2026 In this role, you'll coordinate all creative production across digital and print channels, ensure brand consistency, and act as the go-to person for visual quality and internal content planning. If you're highly structured, proactive, and quality-focused, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape content operations from end to end. What are your responsibilities? Manage incoming requests for visuals, print materials, digital content, and campaign assets. Build and maintain project planning, briefings, timelines, and alignment with stakeholders. Coordinate internal content owners and external creative suppliers (e.g., studios, freelancers). Safeguard visual identity and consistency across all formats and channels. Analyse content and email performance, and recommend clear optimisations. Organise quality reviews and define improvement plans for ongoing content production. Act as an ambassador for content governance and process efficiency. What qualifications are we looking for?3–5 years of experience in content coordination, creative ops, or marketing project roles. Strong organisation and planning skills with attention to detail. Skilled in managing content processes, from delivery requests. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Able to challenge non-compliant work and enforce brand guidelines diplomatically. Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments. Fluent in Dutch, with a good level of English.
