Position Overview:
The mission of the Engagement & Sustainability team is to accelerate environmental and social initiatives across all aspects of our activities and operations, creating sustainable value for our clients, colleagues, communities, and society.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Business Transition team and drive sustainable business growth through cross-functional and cross-segment program coordination.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will equip the team with program management skills in a practical way, while developing and implementing a concrete program approach together with the Business Transition team. You will be instrumental in helping us achieve our mission and drive sustainable growth across our organization.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement a program approach within the team, leveraging on your experience to drive change and improvement.
- Organize and coordinate program work with colleagues from various departments within client – set up the right collaboration framework and program governance.
- Analyse problems, weigh options, and provide informed advice to management and stakeholders
- Accompany the implementation of the new approach with the team, utilizing tools, forums, and monitoring to ensure success and providing the adequate training.
- Communicate change effectively to diverse stakeholders across different segments and leadership levels
- Embed sustainability into the heart of our business, providing strategic guidance, tools, and skills to empower our colleagues to make a positive impact
- Drive sustainable finance and business practices, leveraging your passion for sustainability to make a positive impact
What you bring:
- Proven experience in the management of complex projects or a program of projects
- Very good knowledge of Project management methodologies and tools
- Strong organizational insight
- Passion for sustainable finance and business practices
- Familiar with various IT systems
