Senior Business Advisor – Odoo Location: Hainaut A fast-growing advisory firm is expanding its Odoo practice and is looking for a medior/senior profile who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations and technology. This firm started with high-impact financial consulting missions and organically evolved into full-cycle ERP transformation work. After successfully delivering several end-to-end Odoo implementations — including for companies with outdated processes relying entirely on Excel, paper planning and fragmented workflows — the team decided to invest heavily in this service line. Their approach is different: no generic deployments, but deep business diagnostics, structured process redesign and long-term partnership. They now work with clients across manufacturing, logistics, distribution and professional services. What you will do You become the trusted advisor for clients using or adopting Odoo. Your role covers sales, strategy and execution under the mentorship of the CFO and the CTO: 1° Prospection : reach out to new prospects and qualify them. 2° Operational Diagnosis (1-day onsite) Analyse workflows, identify bottlenecks and challenge existing practices. 3° Strategic Alignment & Process Redesign Simplify and optimize operations, mapping the ideal processes and ensuring Odoo supports them properly. 4° Implementation Steering If the client already has an Odoo partner: coordination and governance. If not: full implementation management, including offshore collaboration when needed. 5° Data & Insights Build clear dashboards, support financial forecasting and provide recurring reports with actionable insights. 6° Embedding the Change Help clients internalize new processes through training, documentation and continuous support. This work requires a long-term approach. After a major "go-live" phase, you guide clients into a predictable recurring rhythm where the system becomes their backbone. Who we are looking for A medior/senior Functional Consultant or Business Analyst who wants more than "just implementing modules": You challenge clients to get to the truth of what they really need. You can translate business challenges into concrete Odoo solutions. You enjoy mixing field work, analysis, workshops and hands-on configuration. You can collaborate with technical teams across Europe, India or South America. Ideally, you also enjoy some commercial aspects: identifying needs, expanding accounts, building trust through value. A hybrid BA/BD profile is ideal, but a strong senior BA with interest in business development or a business developer with an interest for digital transformation is equally welcome.
