Digital Core Finance - Senior Consultant Join to apply for the Digital Core Finance - Senior Consultant role at Capgemini . Role Overview Lead client engagements and guide cross-functional teams through complex digital transformation initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor from initial strategy design to full-scale implementation. Develop and communicate a compelling case-for-change across people, processes, technology, organization, and data, including a robust business case aligned with client goals. Drive digital innovation leveraging technologies such as SAP S/4HANA to modernize financial processes, enhancing operational efficiency and data transparency. Optimize financial processes (Lean) and management control using AI, predictive models, and RPA. Enhance end-to-end finance processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash) through process modeling, automation, and mining to improve efficiency and accuracy. Support business development activities, create engaging content, share knowledge, and mentor others to contribute to Capgemini Invent’s growth. Experience and Skills Requirements 3-5 years’ experience in Operational Excellence within finance, including modeling, process optimization, and designing finance operating models. Proven track record in leading finance transformations with positive impacts. Practical experience in Change Management and organizational adoption. Exposure to Outsourcing and Shared Services environments is a plus. Technical Knowledge Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA modules (FI, CO, MM). Understanding of Enterprise Performance Management and Data Platforms. Knowledge of FICO processes and strong analytical skills. Educational Background Master’s Degree in Business Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Preferred Skills and Profiles Thorough understanding of finance processes and SAP ERP solutions. Problem analysis and solution proposal skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills. Strong process optimization and project management skills. Proactive team player with entrepreneurial mindset. Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is advantageous. What We Offer A challenging role within a leading management consulting firm.
