Our client is a leading independent Belgian law firm advising major national and international players, and is looking for a driven Employment Law Associate. Why apply? You will be involved in a broad range of employment-related matters, including:Advising Belgian and international clients on individual and collective employment law issuesDrafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and internal regulationsHandling dismissals, restructurings, and workforce reorganisationsAssisting clients with pensions & benefits-related questionsMonitoring legislative developments and translating them into pragmatic legal adviceCollaborating closely with colleagues across other practice areas Experience: Around 3–5 years' experience in Employment Law (law firm background)Languages: Fluent Dutch, solid knowledge of French, and excellent EnglishQualifications: Belgian Master of Laws High-quality and varied employment law work for prestigious clientsA collaborative team with real access to partners and decision-makingStrong investment in legal and non-legal training (BD, people skills, well-being, tech)Flexible working arrangements supporting work-life balanceAn open, inclusive, and merit-based cultureAttractive salary package: approx. €75,000 – €95,000 gross/year + benefits (bonus, insurance, flexibility, etc.)Regular social activities and team events beyond billables Pragmatism, Drafting, Legal Consulting, Restructuring, Restructuring, Client assistance, Redundancy Handling, Law firm, Translation, Law, Regulation, Development, Monitoring, Employment law, Policy
