Om onze groei te ondersteunen, zoeken we een gedrevenCustomer Success Consultantdie klanten begeleidt bij deopstart, configuratie en het dagelijkse gebruik van Epix. Jouw rol AlsCustomer Success Consultantben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten na de handtekening. Jij zorgt ervoor dat ze vlot van start kunnen met Epix en zich van bij het begin goed ondersteund voelen. Concreet betekent dit dat jij: in samenwerking met ons sales- en development team klanten begeleidt van contractondertekening tot operationele opstart . klanten helpt bij de configuratie van Epix , inclusief de juiste instellingen, data en koppelingen met lokale payrollproviders. de communicatie coördineert tussen klanten en payrollpartners die data uit Epix ontvangen. nieuwe klanten ondersteunt tijdens de eerste maanden na go-live, zodat de Epix-processen en payrolloperaties feilloos verlopen. dagelijkse functionele vragen over Epix opvolgt en oplost, met oog voor gebruiksgemak en nauwkeurigheid. actief meewerkt aan testen van nieuwe features, integraties en verbeteringen binnen Epix. bijdraagt aan klantdocumentatie, kennisdeling en trainingen voor eindgebruikers. Jouw profiel We zoeken iemand dietwee werelden combineert: eengoede kennis van payroll processenén een sterkeaffiniteit met technologie. Je: denkt analytisch en hebt een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen ; hebt minstens 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in payroll, bij voorkeur in een internationale of multi-country context ; begrijpt hoe payrollprocessen werken en kan vlot schakelen tussen business en technologie ; bent vertrouwd met dataconversie in het kader van transformaties en transities tussen informatiesystemen ; communiceert helder, professioneel en klantgericht; houdt van structuur en projectmatig werken; spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels ; werkt graag samen in een klein, ondernemend team waar iedereen impact heeft; bent positief , nieuwsgierig en klantgericht ingesteld.
