Sales and Operations Planning Manager

Why we need you – About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales and Operations Planning Manager to drive Kebony's global growth and brand positioning. In this pivotal role, you will lead and optimize our international sales efforts, enhance market expansion. You will work closely with the COO, board, and cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute strategies that strengthen our market leadership, particularly in Europe and the U.S. Your expertise in supply chain, operations and planning will be essential in shaping Kebony's future and accelerating profitable growth.

What will be your impact: Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence Leadership

  • Together with your team, plan both short- and long-term to align supply and demand to support inventory needs
  • Project forward-looking inventory positions and financial implications
  • Manage weekly and monthly production plans, prioritizing work orders
  • Monitor movement of materials through purchasing, storage, production, and distribution
  • Set preferred stock levels and prevent excess inventory through close cooperation with sales
  • Review supplies to ensure quality, monitor stock levels and maintain accessibility to information
  • Build relationships with transportation, warehouse supervisors, and co-workers to achieve higher performance
  • Make recommendations on flow considerations
  • Design and create new tools to help improve the planning functions of supply chain
  • Engage in continuous improvement as it relates to processes and material availability
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contracts

What we are looking for: Experience, Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in executing a comprehensive sales & marketing plan, and align it with Product management & Operations
  • Good communication skills in an international work environment
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Pro-active and problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Bachelor/master's degree in business administration, supply chain management or systems engineering
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supply chain role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong mathematical understanding and analytical skills
  • Experience in working with ERP systems, especially MRP / Planning modules
  • Proficient in MS Excel
