We're partnering with a cleantech infrastructure company looking for a Technical Product Support Specialist to act as a key technical point of contact supporting hardware and software solutions while collaborating closely with Sales, Level 2 Support, and Engineering teams.This is a hands-on, technically focused role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, cross-team collaboration, and working with innovative technology.What You'll Do:Participate in structured training to become proficient in productsAct as a technical resource for internal teams, answering questions and creating clear, concise documentationCollaborate with Sales and Level 2 Support on customer-facing technical topicsSupport hardware, firmware, and platform testing and validation activitiesPerform diagnostics, fault analysis, and troubleshooting using provided toolsMaintain accurate technical records and contribute to updating the knowledge baseWhat You Need to Succeed:Good technical experience, ideally in electromechanical systems, hardware environments, or similar fieldsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsClear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsA structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to new technologiesWhat's in it for you?Be part of a scaling companyWork with innovative technologyCollaborate with passionate, skilled teams across engineering, sales and supportOpportunity to grow your technical expertise in a rapidly evolving industry Interested?
