Votre mission En tant que Directeur·trice Claims – Property & Liability, vous prenez la responsabilité stratégique et opérationnelle de la gestion des sinistres « Property & Liability » au sein d’AXA Belgium. Vous pilotez les équipes expertes et les managers du département, garantissez l’excellence technique et opérationnelle du traitement des sinistres, et contribuez activement à la performance globale de la division P&C Corporate. Votre rôle s’inscrit au cœur de la transformation d’AXA : digitalisation des processus, renforcement de la qualité de service et recherche d’efficacité au bénéfice de nos clients et partenaires. Vos responsabilités clés Définir, mettre en œuvre et suivre la stratégie Claims pour les branches Property et Liability, en cohérence avec la vision globale P&C Corporate. Assurer la qualité, la cohérence et la conformité des pratiques de gestion des sinistres sur l’ensemble du périmètre, en veillant à la satisfaction des clients et à la maîtrise des coûts. Piloter la performance opérationnelle à travers des indicateurs clés (qualité de service, délais de traitement, coûts, recouvrements, fraude, NPS). Encadrer et développer des équipes pluridisciplinaires de haut niveau, en favorisant la collaboration, le partage d’expertise et la responsabilisation. Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus et à la mise en place de solutions innovantes en partenariat avec les équipes Ops, Data, Opex et Distribution. Représenter AXA Belgium dans les instances internes et externes du secteur, et assurer une communication fluide et constructive avec nos partenaires, courtiers et clients. Être un acteur clé de la transformation culturelle et organisationnelle du département Claims. Votre profil Master en droit, assurance, économie ou finance (ou expérience équivalente). Minimum 15 ans d’expérience pertinente en assurance non-vie, idéalement dans la gestion de sinistres Property & Liability. Excellente maîtrise des aspects techniques, juridiques et financiers liés à la gestion des sinistres. Leadership inspirant, sens stratégique et orientation résultats. Esprit collaboratif, sens du client et aptitude à conduire le changement dans un environnement complexe. Excellente communication en français, néerlandais et anglais.
