The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to analyze processes, identify issues, and deliver actionable recommendations across management, technology, strategy, and clinical operations. This role combines analytical expertise, industry knowledge, and project management skills to drive measurable results for clients.Responsibilities:Analyze client operations, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement.Develop and recommend solutions tailored to client needs, including process redesign and technology implementation.Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.Collaborate with client teams and internal colleagues to implement solutions.Identify opportunities for additional projects or business development.Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.Follow up with clients post-project to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in process improvement, strategy, or consulting, preferably in life sciences.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis.Team player with mentoring or coaching experience.
