Functieomschrijving:

Als Security Compliance & Training Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en uitvoering van veiligheids- en compliance-opleidingen en administratieve processen. Je zorgt voor de naleving van wettelijke vereisten, het beheren van certificeringen en vergunningen, en ondersteunt interne en externe audits. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en klanten met betrekking tot opleidingen en compliance-zaken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheer van opleidingen/HR (nationaal) en VCA-certificeringen.
  • Beheer van identificatiekaarten voor beveiliging, opleidingen MiBZ en andere relevante opleidingen.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van wettelijke en normatieve eisen zoals ISO, VCA, en andere erkenningen.
  • Coördineren van interne en externe audits in samenwerking met Quality & Compliance.
  • Beheer van veiligheidsmachtigingen en het verkrijgen van bedrijfsvergunningen (bijv. Bosec, Incert, NATO Clearance).
  • Organisatie van examens en aansturing van instructeurs.
  • Opvolging van aanwezigheid en inschrijvingen van cursisten.
  • Verwerken van examenresultaten en communicatie naar klanten.
  • Coördineren van opleidingsplanning en -roosters.
  • Opvolgen van wetgeving en regelgeving (KB's, MB's, CAO's, etc.).
  • Geven van adviezen over wettelijke bepalingen en opleidingen.
  • Beheer van vergunningen en het indienen van cursussen voor nieuwe vergunningen.
  • Bezoeken van business units (BU's) om opleidingsbehoeften te detecteren en ervoor te zorgen dat het opleidingspakket up-to-date blijft.
  • Regelmatig overleg en afstemming met collega's binnen L&D en andere afdelingen.
  • Dagelijkse aansturing en coaching van het team.
  • Beheren van het team en verantwoordelijk voor de aanwervingen en evaluaties.

Wij zoeken:

  • Een bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring of kennis als veiligheidsofficier en Security compliance & training specialist.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, goede kennis van Frans en een basiskennis van Engels.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft software en ERP-systemen zoals Navision.
  • Leergierigheid en de bereidheid om de Securitas-bedrijfsprocessen te begrijpen en verder te ontwikkelen.
