Serve as the main point of contact for the client: discuss the request, provide explanations Technically and operationally prepare the project: devise technical solutions, perform calculations, either draft lifting plans yourself or provide instructions to the CAD Designer, organize necessary logistics, prepare specific SHEQ documentation Monitor project progress in terms of operational advancement, 'budget – scope – timing' Oversee operational activities with a focus on safety and quality. Lead, motivate, and coach the on-site team. Manage project finances and associated administration. In this role, you report to the Project Operations Manager and collaborate closely with other Project Engineers & the CAD Designer, as well as Crane Operators, Riggers, and Supervisors on-site. Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (e.g., electromechanics, civil engineering...)=; Experience as a Project Engineer, Tender Engineer, Project Manager... is a significant advantage. Motivated graduates are also welcome Strong communication skills in English, and ideally French. Proficient with computers (MS Office, drafting software such as AutoCAD...). Flexible attitude towards tasks, working hours, and locations (Berendrecht Depot/national). Permanent contract – full-time position (40 hours/week) with flexible working hours. Includes statutory holidays and public holidays, plus 12 additional ADV (Additional Days of Leave) days.
