Select Group in Antwerp is seeking an International Automation Lead to coordinate global automation projects, ensuring quality, schedule and budget while acting as the central contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
The role combines technical leadership in PLC/HMI/SCADA, industrial networks and commissioning with coaching of automation engineers and ongoing process improvements to strengthen the department and support growth.
