Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company that supports its clients in the banking, finance, insurance, and public sectors throughout all stages of their transformation projects — from business consulting to the implementation of IT solutions.As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to be part of Nexeo:An international environment (offices in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland & Canada)More than 450 employeesOver 20% growth each yearWe are currently looking for a Banking Domain Architect – Cards to join one of our clients in Brussels for a strategic IT architecture mission within the Cards domain.Your MissionAs a Domain Architect – Cards, you will design, maintain, and evolve the Enterprise Information Architecture within the Cards and Payments perimeter.You will ensure alignment between business objectives, technological capabilities, and target architecture, while supporting innovation and operational efficiency.Your ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain the enterprise information architecture and design the technical architecture for IT projects.Maintain the IT assets cartography (as-is and to-be) for the Cards domain.Translate business strategies and objectives into sustainable architectural evolutions.Provide guidance on emerging technologies and market trends to ensure architecture remains up to date.Ensure integration of architecture methodologies, governance, and IT development standards.Translate functional requirements into technical models, considering technical standards and constraints.Design solution architectures that align with project milestones, budgets, and security/infrastructure guidelines.Support the implementation phase, document deviations, and propose realignment to the target architecture when needed.Perform architecture reviews and validations to ensure consistency across solutions.Guarantee adherence to corporate architecture norms and standards.Your ProfileExperience & KnowledgeMinimum 5 years of experience in IT architecture within the Cards or Payments domain.Strong understanding of financial services and core banking systems.Proven experience in enterprise and solution architecture.Experience with Agile delivery, API architecture, and Data architecture is a plus.Education & CertificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) required.Project management certifications are an asset.LanguagesEnglish: GoodFrench: GoodDutch: OptionalSoft SkillsTeam player with a proactive and autonomous attitude.Strong communication and influencing skills.Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.Commitment, perseverance, and adaptability.Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.Why Join UsJoin Nexeo Belgium and contribute to the strategic transformation of a major player in the banking industry.You will play a key role in shaping the future architecture of digital banking solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and innovation.Work in an international, collaborative environment alongside experts in enterprise architecture, payments, and IT transformation.Apply now and become part of a team that drives technological excellence and strategic impact.
