Jouw takenpakket:

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Technical Helpdesk Specialist met technische kennis en een passie voor klantenservice om ons team te versterken.

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten wat technische support betreft. Je staat de klant professioneel en op een vriendelijke manier te woord (telefonisch & digitaal).
  • Je gaat proactief technische incidenten en vragen in kaart brengen. Je draagt zo bij tot het voortdurend verder professionaliseren van de services van MobilityPlus en onze klantentevredenheid.
  • Je documenteert je werk in ons ticketingsysteem en ERP-pakket zodat onze gegevens altijd up-to-date zijn.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de andere collega's van het Technical Support team.
  • Je staat in voor de eerstelijnsopvang van binnenkomende telefoons rond technische issues.
  • D.m.v. open vragen definieer je het probleem en zoek je naar een gepaste oplossing.
  • Tevredenheid van de klant is voor jou prioritair. Je gaat steeds voor een snel en correct antwoord, waarbij de klant een antwoord/oplossing krijgt voor zijn/haar vraag.

Onze ideale kandidaat:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur min. 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een technische omgeving. we staan echter ook open voor gemotiveerde schoolverlaters.
  • Je hebt een passie voor het zoeken naar oplossingen.
  • Je bent klantgericht, je houdt van contacten met klanten en bent empathisch.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, werkt gestructureerd en weet goed het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Werken in een snel veranderende, ambitieuze omgeving geeft jou energie
  • Je denkt en handelt proactief en neemt van nature uit zelf initiatieven om tot oplossingen te komen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Frans en Engels is een plus (mondeling/schriftelijk).
