Functieomschrijving Voor een industriële klant in de regio Antwerpen/Kempen zoeken we een (junior) Project Manager met focus op piping & mechanical. In deze rol sta je in voor het beheer van een onderhoudscontract én de uitvoering van projecten bij die klant – van prijsvraag tot oplevering. Je fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en onderhoudt actief de relatiebzw. stelt de klant een duidelijk beeld op bij de afwezige/afwezige waardatie Voor deze functie is het van belang dat je als projectmanager je tijd, planning en budget nauwlettend bewaakt, de kwaliteit van de uitvoering waarborgt en de uitvoerende teams coördineert. Werkzaamheden Verantwoordelijk voor het volledige projectcyclus – van prijsvraag tot oplevering Primair aanspreekpunt voor de klant en onderhoud activa relaties Beheer onderhoudcontracten en toezicht op de uitvoering van projecten Inschatten en definiëren van projectplannen, doelstellingen, deadlines en budgetten Opstellen van offertes, uitvoeren van prijsanalyses en berekenen van kosten, inclusief financiële eindverantwoordelijkheid Selectie van de juiste uitvoeringsploegen en zorgen voor voldoende beschikbaarheid voor een vlotte planning Op de werf nauw samenwerken met de werfleider en het uitvoeringsteam; motiveren, ondersteunen en bewaken van voortgang Doorsturen van afwijkingen van het plan en tijdig oplossen van knelpunten Kwalificaties Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting 5 jaar ervaring binnen projectmanagement, idealiter in een industriële en/of onderhoudsomgeving Kennis of sterke affiniteit met piping & mechanical; bereid om de kennis bij te spijkeren naadloos Hands‑on aanwezigheid op de werkvloer; gedreven om het proces te volgen in het hier aanwezig zijn Communicatievaardigheden, zowel met collega’s als met klanten, uitstekende interactie en rapportage Efficiënte planning en organisatie; proactief handelen in flexibele en complexe situaties Motivatie en overtuigingskracht om het team, onderaannemers en klant te activeren Veiligheid en correcte uitvoering zijn voor jou absolute prioriteiten Calm in drukke periodes, goed overzicht en prioriteitenbepaling Je komt terecht in een groeiende organisatie met bijzondere focus op de opleiding, ondersteuning en begeleiding van medewerkers tot next‑level projectmanagers en engineers.
