FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING

Hoe ziet jouw job eruit als IT Domain Lead?

  • Als Domain IT Lead ben je end-to-end verantwoordelijk voor een kostenefficiënte oplevering van IT binnen jouw bedrijfsdomein: van aanvraag tot architectuur, ontwikkeling, verandering en onderhoud. Je staat in voor het voorbereiden en op elkaar afstemmen van de toekomstige IT-visie, -strategie en -architectuur voor het gerelateerde bedrijfsdomein. Je werkt hierbij zeer nauw samen met de Domain Business Product Owner om een goed inzicht te krijgen in de noden en prioriteiten van het bedrijf (het 'wat' en 'wanneer').
  • Je werkt een uitgebreid IT-stappenplan uit om tot een geavanceerd, ROI-gedreven IT-landschap te komen voor jouw bedrijfsdomein rekening houdend met de richtlijnen van NN Group en NN International;
  • Je geeft blijk van leiderschap in een bedrijfsgericht IT-domein om de nodige transformaties op te starten en te organiseren, alsook ondersteuning te verlenen voor bestaande en nieuwe IT-oplossingen;
  • Je fungeert als 'servant leader' in een matrixorganisatie, voor de samenwerking met de squads van de business product owner voor het plannen van op te leveren diensten en bedrijfsresultaten door de squads, waarin zowel IT- als businessspecialisten samenwerken. In samenwerking met scrum masters, bewaak je de capaciteit, de prestaties, de productiviteit en de kwaliteit van IT-medewerkers in je domein;
  • Je werkt samen met experten in beveiliging, architectuur en operations om je te begeleiden en te ondersteunen in dit traject;
  • Je bepaalt realistische doelstellingen en KPI's en volgt deze op om de doeltreffendheid van applicaties en de diensten in jouw domein te beoordelen. Je ondersteunt teams bij hun inspanningen voor kwaliteitsverbetering én de focus op businesscontinuïteit en toegevoegde waarde voor de business;
  • Je begeleidt je collega's om samen een geïntegreerd IT-landschap te realiseren dat de bedrijfsstrategie van NN Belgium kan ondersteunen.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Head of IT SW Engineering en je werkt samen met de People Leads voor de sourcing en ontwikkeling van medewerkers.

PROFIEL

Wat heb jij te bieden als IT Domain Lead?

  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een IT-omgeving
  • Zeer goede kennis van SalesForce
  • Zeer goede kennis van front-end React (of Angular)
  • Zeer goede kennis Engels + Nederlands. Kennis Frans is een bijkomende troef.
