Pour un de nos clients, actif dans le domaine pharmaceutique, nous sommes à la recherche d'un QA Manager - Method Life Cycle Expert (H/F) Le Rôle en bref : Sous la direction du Global Quality, vous êtes le garant de la conformité des méthodes de contrôle qualité tout au long de leur vie. Vous faites le pont entre l'expertise technique de laboratoire et les exigences strictes de conformité pharmaceutique internationale. Vos missions principales : Gouvernance : Superviser le transfert et la validation des méthodes analytiques à l'échelle globale. Conformité : Assurer que chaque document et processus répond aux standards FDA, EMEA et ICH. Résolution de problèmes : Piloter les investigations complexes (OOS, déviations) et les plans d'actions correctives (CAPA). Optimisation : Déployer des outils d'amélioration continue (Lean/6-Sigma) pour accroître l'efficacité du QC. Leadership : Coacher les parties prenantes et représenter la Qualité lors des audits réglementaires. Profil recherché : Master en Sciences (Pharmacie, Chimie, Biologie). Expertise confirmée en Contrôle Qualité (QC) et Cycle de vie des méthodes. Maîtrise des systèmes de gestion de la qualité (QMS) et de l'audit. Anglais et Français courants (impératif). Esprit analytique, capacité d'influence et leadership naturel.
