MES Consultant/Specialist (Belgium)

Location: Belgium (Open to Relocation)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Consultant/Specialist to join a dynamic team working on cutting-edge digital manufacturing solutions.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in MES implementation and optimization, looking to contribute to large-scale transformation projects in Belgium.

Candidates currently residing in Belgium or open to relocation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement MES solutions tailored to manufacturing environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, and other industrial systems.
  • Analyse manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities through MES implementation.
  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for MES applications.
  • Train and support end-users to maximize system efficiency and performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging MES technologies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MES implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Strong knowledge of MES platforms.
  • Experience with integration of MES systems with ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and shop floor automation.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes within industries such as pharmaceuticals, automotive, food & beverage, or electronics.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate (if not already based in Belgium).
