Company Description Laboratoires Dermatologiques d'Uriage specializes in French dermo-cosmetics and offers products sold in pharmacies and parapharmacies in over 80 countries worldwide. As a constantly growing company, Uriage actively seeks new talents to join its dynamic teams. Uriage is part of the dermo-cosmetic division of the Puig Group, a renowned global leader in the beauty and skincare industry. Role Description We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on National Sales Manager to lead, coach and drive the performance of a field sales team active in pharmacies across Belgium and Luxembourg. This role is highly operational and people-driven . You lead from the field, translate strategy into action and create focus, discipline and engagement within the team. You are a natural leader , self‑directed and energized by results. Key Responsabilities Develop Translate commercial strategy into concrete field action plans Define clear sales priorities (targets, launches, prospecting focus) Set individual objectives and action plans per sales representative Deliver Drive sales performance and growth within the pharmacy channel Ensure high‑quality customer visits and sustainable partnerships Support prospecting and opening of new accounts Monitor & adjust Track and analyse KPIs (visit quality and frequency, sales results, prospecting, launches) Coach, challenge and adjust performance where needed Follow up on customer complaints and payment dossiers in collaboration with customer service and finance Lead Provide direct leadership and on‑the‑job coaching to the field team Spend significant time in the field (joint visits, feedback, coaching) Create a culture of ownership, accountability and self‑leadership Act as a key interface between sales, customer service and finance Qualifications Experience & knowledge Experience in pharma and/or dermo‑cosmetics Proven experience in a sales management or senior field leadership role Strong understanding of field sales execution, KPIs and commercial processes Solid insight into customer management, complaints handling and credit processes Skills Strong people leadership and coaching skills Ability to translate strategy into concrete execution Analytical mindset with a clear focus on results Confident communicator, able to handle difficult conversations Mindset & personality Natural leader with strong credibility in the field Hands‑on, self‑driven and highly accountable Structured, disciplined and solution‑oriented Resilient, flexible and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment Languages Fluent in Dutch, French and English #J-18808-Ljbffr
